I feel sympathetic towards these scammers who resort to begging for mercy and, at the same time, I get pleasure hearing it. I can't imagine what would lead a person to start ruining other people's lives in order to enhance their own. They must be operating without a conscience. A promise to stop doing it is simply not enough. They need to make things right. They need to undo the damage they've caused. Many of their victims (especially the elderly) have no way to recoup what they've lost. I've got a solution . . . The U.S. establishes a Scammers Placement and Control Agency (SPCA) responsible for intake, routing, monitoring, evaluating, transporting and discharging, scammers who were found guilty of defrauding Americans. They will be transported to the U.S. and turned over to Immigrations for processing into the SPCA routing system where they will be held until they acquire a work visa. Once their visa is issued, they will be placed into indentured servitude to each of their victims for a duration of time necessary for them to recoup and repay their victim in full. They will be transported to the victim's home where they will reside. They get no contact with their family back home. They are required to seek full time employment with health benefits to be extended to the victim of their current host home. Their entire paycheck (after deductions to the U.S. Treasury) is to be electronically deposited into the victim's bank account (tax free as a charitable gift) until they have made their victim whole. There will be mandatory weekly check-ins with an SPCA councilor. When progression compliance has been met, an evaluation by an SPCA social worker is conducted and if it is deemed that their current debt is fulfilled, the scammer is transported back to the SPCA holding facility where they will be allowed to make one phone call to their family back home on a monitored and recorded line before being transported by U.S. Marshals to the next victim's home. This process repeats until all individuals on the list of victims have been made whole. Specifications and guidelines for successful scammer progression through the SPCA's Course on How to Own your Deceptions (CHOD) are available upon request. There are also guidelines on how to discipline your scammer while in your custody.
